Well, exams are over. That
concludes first semester at
South Huron. Second semester
started Monday. With second
semester comes many changes.
Everyone has up to four new
classes to go to. Also, our prin-
cipal Mr. Murphy is retiring
and Mr. Gerth is taking over.
Mr. Gerth is the former princi-
pal of Central Huron High
School in Clinton.
Last Friday the Students
Council had an all -day meeting
to plan activities for the new se-
mester. There are lots of activi-
ties planned for everyone, in-
cluding several dances, a
hypnotist, continued intermu-
rals, MOGA madness, a talent
show and many other exciting
events to be announced as the
year continues.
Reports for first semester
should be out by Friday if all
goes well, but students may not
receive them until Monday.
If anyone has anything they
would like me to write about in
the Panther Profile you can call
me at the Students Council of-
fice or see me at school. The
Students Council number is
235-3954.
Good luck to everyone in sec-
ond semester.
