Thanks Megan Pavkeje - age 4 daughter of Bob and Sharon C (IMMUNITY �I Al DeHaan Singers entertain at Queensway HENSALL - Fun and Fitness started the day Monday morning with exercises, music and games. Forty-three words in Christmas were discovered. Rev. Annon of Hensall Untied Church led Tuesdays worship ser- vice with an excellent Christmas message. Thank you also to Joyce Pepper for being the volunteer pia- nist for Church. The Lakeview Singers presented a beautiful musi- cal program of songs with a devo- tional by Peter Steckle. Residents also appreciated the visiting and refreshments with the Lakeview group following the program. Volunteer Joyce Pepper, staff Audrey Brand and Carol Gascho and resident Ceacilia Edgar trav- elled to Clinton Wednesday after- noon to present a program at Din- ing for Seniors. Duets "Star of the East", and "Have a Holly Jolly Christmas" were sung as well as a solo "0 Holy Night". A Christmas poem was also read. Volunteer Chaplain Winnie Hutton was in Wednesday to minister to resi- dents. They very much appreciate her caring presence. Thursdays much anticipated Hensall Public School program had to be cancelled due to the weather but will come in January. The evening was certainly a busy one with the "Al BeHaan Singers" delivering a wonderful A Cappala Program followed by the Christian Reform Youth providing help with a games night. Residents enjoyed euchre, crokinole, dominos and scrabble. Several of the regular Thursday evening diners stayed to enjoy the evening activities. Friday afternoon ended the week on a nice relaxed note with music appreciation and reading.
