down Monday afternoon by a trac-
tor trailer unit fitted with a boom
while pulling away from a work
site on Mill Street.

female passenger in a light blue
hronco-type vehicle driven by a
male stopped alongside an 1 1 -year-
old boy walking on King Street and
asked him repeatedly to approach
the car.
The vehicle pulled away when
the boy reached his home.

was injured Sunday when the
northbound car she was in. which
was driven by Leonard Wilson. of
Clinton. turned lett into Kentucky
Fried Chicken and collided with a
vehicle driven by Victor Lutman of
Huron Park.
Wright reunion
KIRKTON-WOODHAM -
About 60 people attended the
Wright Reunion. August 13 at the
Kirkton-Woodham Community
Centre. Bob Ross. president greet-
ed everyone. After a bountiful din-
ner the business was conducted by
Bob Ross. The 1996 reunion will
be held at the same place on Au-
gust 11. President is lames Wright,
Kippen and secretary Laurahellc
Reichert. Margaret and Jim Jordan
will be in charge of the sports.
Doris Jeffery had the following
quiz. Person with live loonies,
Vernon Wrighi, who attended
church that a.m. Lois Tehbutt gro-
cery list in purse. Vicki Calham
most members of family present.
Esther Wright attended most reun-
ions. Lorne Ross longest married
couple. Gord and Ruth Wright.,
youngest person present. Zachary
Chambers, oldest person. Gordon
Wright came the farthest. Mark
Wright, Richmond Hill. Lois Teb-
buu won the bubble gum contest.
Gordon and Judy Chambers con-
ducted co-operative games out-
doors, for the children. Each par-
ticipant received a prize.
Horse control
Pat White pulls back on the reigns of her horse to slow it down before pivoting in the key-
hole event. Horse and rider were participating in an Exeter Saddle Club Show on Sunday.
1906 Russell
Harold Cudmore from Exeter leans against his 1906
Russell during the Centralia/Huron Park Lions Club an-
tique car show on Sunday. The car was built by Thomas
Alexander Russell, an Exeter native. There are only three
of these cars in existence.
