Third annual open art show
and sale at Playhouse
GRAND BEND - As part of the Big Band of Johnny Bond concert on
August 20 at 2pm, the Huron Country Playhouse Guild will be hosting
its third annual Open Art Show and Sale from Ipm to 5pm on the play-
house grounds.
The show and sale is getting bigger with new artists exhibiting each
year. As in the past, the show and sale is limited to the first 50 applica-
tions. Interested artists should reply to Eileen Pullen, Box 1242, Grand
Bend, Ontario NOM ITO, (519) 238-8306.
This is a great way for local artists to show their work to a captive au-
dience. According to a playhouse press release, the big hand concert is
on its way to having a sell-out performance featuring John Noubarian,
Johnny Bond and the vocal stylings of Denise Pelley.
