Campbell tartan is used throughout the elegant guest bedroom designed by Tim St. Louis and Mary Lou Hyde of Raintree Design, Exeter. A similar plaid is also used in the decorative wall painting outside the bedroom which creates a flow from the hall into the guest room. The hayfever season is upon us. if you suffer from this allergic reaction brought by air -born pollen here are a few ideas to re- duce the discomfort: 1) Avoid pollen exposure by having someone else mow your lawn. If you can't avoid it, use a good fibre painter's mask. 2) Do your gardening in the early morning when there is less wind and more moisture in the air. 3) Dry your laundry indoors to reduce its exposure to air -born pollen. 4) Shower every night to clean the pollen out of your hair. 5) Use a suitable antihistamine medi- cation.
