March 23, 1995, Clara Elizabeth (Bender)
Cunnington, formerly of Centralia, in her
89th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred
Cunnington (1976). Loved mother of Ruth
and Lloyd Vogan of RR I, Listowel, Ho-
ward and Kay Cunnington of RR 3. Exeter
and the late Dorothy Dobbs (1951). Loving
grandma of 7 grandchildren and 6 great-
grandchildren. Dear sister of Pearl Shantz of
Waterloo and Roy Bender of Toronto. Pre-
deceased by her brothers, Leonard, Gordon
and Bill Bender. Rested at the T. Han -y
Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood,
where the funeral service was held on Satur-
day. March 25. 1995. The Rev. Paul Cham-
bers officiated. Interment St. Janes Ceme-

COTTRELL • Edith Emily, formerly of
Hensall and England, passed away peaceful-
ly at Freeport Health Care Centre. Kitchen-
er, March 26, 1995, with her family by her
side. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Cot-
trell. Dearest mother of Beryl and John, St.
Eustache, Quebec, Pat and Neil, Gnntsby,
Graham and Maria, Waterloo, Ron and Pat,
Exeter, Gillian and Ray Carbonnear, New-
foundland, Chris and Fiona, England, Lesley
and Mark, England. Much loved grandmoth-
er of 23 grandchildren and 18 great-
grandchildren. Dear sister of Charlie and
Gerry Toronto. Pat and Ken, Toronto. Jack
and Denise, England. Predeceased by sisters
Evelyn. Toronto, Pauline, England and
brother Percy, Toronto. Also survived by
many nieces and nephews. Funeral services
will be held Tuesday, March 28, 1995 at
2:00 p.m. Goods Funeral Home. Kitchener
with visitation an hour bcfore service. Cre-
mation to follow with interment of ashes at a

his friend Sue, Cheryl (Bauer) and her hus-

ald and his wife Heidi -Ann. Special Papa to

tion was at the Edward R. Good Funeral

prayer were offered on Wednesday at 9:30
a.m. followed by the funeral mass at Si Mi-
chael's RC Church at 10 a.m. with Rev. Ro-
nald Voisin officiating. interment followed
in Parkview Cemetery. Waterloo. Donations
to the Canadian Cancer Society would be
appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

SIMS - Lillian (Ford). Born at Exeter, Onta-
rio on July 13. 1908, the daughter of the late
William J. Ford and the late Catherine
(Walker) Ford. passed away Windsor, Onta-
rio March 12, 1995. Predeceased by husband
Melvin (1980), sisters Thelma, Elva, and
brothers Austin, Fred, and William. Dear
sister of Mae Hoag of Oshawa. She is also
survived by son Donald and his wife Shenan
of Milton, daughter Helen and husband Phil-
ip Wiebe of Amherstburg, and son Melvin
and his wife Judy of Windsor. Survived by
seven grandchildren. Funeral services took
place on Tuesday. March 14, 1995 at Wind-
sor with Reverend Janet Brigham officiat-
ing. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Gar-

St., St. Thomas, where the funeral service
was held Friday at 11:00 a.m. interment St.
Thomas Cemetery. Remembrances may be
made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

W11.1.ERT - Carl Edmund Willett was born
in Hay Township, Ontario and was called to
his eternal rest after a struggle with cancer,
on March 22, 1995 at the Olds Hospital,
Olds, Alberta. He leaves to remember his
life among us his loving wife Margaret,
mother Luella N'ilkrt, his children, daughter
Jane (Geof) and their aildren Ryan and
Ashley, son Jim (Heather) and their children
Perry and Brandi, and son Scott (Rhonda).
Ile is also survived by his brother, Edgar
(Ruth) and family. Carl was predeceased by
his father Percy Willert in 1982. Carl attend-
ed school in Zurich, Ontario. Carl married
Margaret (Willard) on September 22, 1956.
Ile farmed near Zurich. Ontario from 1955
to 1979. His dream of farming in the west
near the mountains came true in 1979 when
he and his family moved to a farm near
Olds, farming there until 1994. Carl enjoyed
dancing, hunting and woodworking. A high -
tight was a surprise visit at the Olds hospital
by his favourite dance hand, the Emeralds.
Carl will he remembered by hi; family and
friends for his kind and gentle soul. Funeral
Services were held on Friday, March 24,
1993 at 2:00 p m. from St. Paul's Lutheran
Church, Olds with Reverend Reinhold
Ilohnsbein officiating. Interment followed in
the Olds Cemetery. If friends desire, memo-
rial tributes may be given 10 Canadian Can-
cer Research or Canadian Diabetes Re-
search. Mountain View Funeral Chapels,
