INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY
ADDITION & RENOVATIONS TO EXETER TOWN HALL
Interested General, Mechanical, Electrical and Masonry
Contractors are invited to prequalify to complete an addition and
renovations to the Exeter Town Hall for the Town of Exeter.
Approximate value is $500,000.00.
Selection will be based on the ability to complete work of a
similar nature and size, in the vicinity of this project and shall be
limited to no more than 8 bidders in each category. The Owner
reserves the right to prequalify additional bidders as required to
meet this limit.
Submissions must be in the form of a completed CCA #11 and
will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., on Friday, March 17, 1995 at
the office of Garratt & Marklevitz, 516 Huron Street, Stratford,
Ontario N5A 5T7.
Only successful applicants will be contacted.

The construction of a Snack bar, storage, and
pavilion at the McGillivray Memorial Recreational
Park at Lieury
The building will have 1200 sq. ft. of finished floor on which a
18.6 x12 snack bar, a 18.6 x12 storage and a 18.6x36 pavilion is
constructed along with appropriate plumbing & electrical
work.

build based on township basic requirements will be
considered. Building to be complete by May 8th.

diesel fuel, clear diesel fuel, and unleaded gasoline at

Thames Road women attend
World Day of Prayer service
The service was held
at Caven Presbyterian
Church in Exeter.
THAMES ROAD - The first Sun-
day in Lent church service was con-
ducted by Rev. Jim Allsop on Sun-
day morning.
The Responsive Reading was tak-
en from the service book "In the
Hands of God", Psalm 91.
The choir sang "Did you stop to
pray this morning'?" accompanied
by the organist Jean Hodgert.
Don Bray, lay delegate to Presby-
tery, gave a report of the meeting
held at Zurich United Church on
Tuesday.
The congregation sang the chil-
dren's hymn "Can a little child like
me".
Rev. Allsop told the children a
story "How thankful we are".
The scripture reading from the
Old Testament was Deuteronomy
26:1-11 and from the New Testa-
ment was Romans 10:8b-13 was
read by Rhoda Rohde. Rev. Allsop
read from the Gospel of Luke 4:1-
13.
The title of his sermon was
"Thankfulness negates Tempta-
tion."
The closing hymn "Life high the
cross" was sung.
On Sunday, March 19, following
the worship service there will be a
congregational meeting at Elim-
ville and Thames Road.
On Sunday, March 19 the Senior
Youth Group will meet at Elimvilte
United Church at 7:30 p.m. On
Thursday, March 23 Junior Youth
and Messengers will be having a
swimming party at Kick's Aquatic
Centre at 7:00 p.m. Members are
reminded to bring a loonie.
