Donations to the Salvation Andy would he appreciated by the fancily. 52c ELDER - II is with deep sadness the family announces the passing away of Harold Elder on December 20. 1997 at Seaforth Community Hospital. Harold was in his 81st year. Beloved -companion of wife Dorothy for over 57 years. Father to Sheron. Judith, John. Scott and Paul. Harold is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchil- dren. Brother to Ken and Audrey. He is pre- deceased by his parents Ben and Anna. Harold will be remembered as an exemplary fanner with many awards for seed growing and also .through being a Robertson Associate Member since 1965. His involve- inent in aircraft started at"Fleet Aircraft in London as an aircraft mechanic and then grew to obtaining his private pilot's licence in 1460 which he still held current until his ' death. He was president of Ontario Flying Farmers in 1965. Harold also operated a snow machine and ATV business. Elder Enterprises Ltd.. for the past- 30 years. 20 of them with his son Paul. This thriving busi- ness was started to ensure that everyone was busy all year round. Private family arrange- - rents only.
