boys volleyball schedule sur-
vived the teachers' strike with a
. little revision.
The junior and senior Huron

press. -
South Huron finished the reg-
ular season tied for second with
Central Huron. hut got the nod
for second because of point dif-
ferential. First place Madill and
fourth place Goderich round out
the competitors for the Huron
crown.
Madill met Goderich and
South Huron faced Central Hu-

terday. South Huron senior
coach Scott Halpenny was
pleased,with the match -ups.
"I feel good about that.". Hal -
penny said. "It's a lot better
than facing Madill. It would be
almost impossible for us to de-
feat them."
The top two teams from the
Huron tournament will move on
to the Huron -Perth finals at
Stratford Central on Nov. 25.
The teachers' strike "backed
up" the schedule for about two
weeks, Halpenny said.
Girls basketball is also hack

championship tournament. The
junior girls' season is over after
a playoff loss to host Madill on
