Point four of the plan called for the Administrative Assistant to.take on the majority of accounting func- dons and point six called for the Deputy Clerk -Treasurer toke'on more administrative duties. Based on comments -from Clerk - Treasurer Liz Bell; Hundey recom- mended the accounting/ bookkeeping functions be assigned primarily to the Deputy Clerk - Treasurer and the administrative/ clerk functiolns be assigned primari- ly to the Administrative Assistant.
