Exeter Ringette gearing
up for '9798 season
HENSALL — Exeter and District Ringette Association (EDRA)-
..organizers are hoping for another banner.year.
On top of the Huron -Perth house league, the EDRA will offer.two
travelling teams — the 'AA' Petites - (age 10-11) and 'AA'. Tweens
.(age 12-13). Tween tryouts are Sept. 7. 5:30 p.m. -7 at Seaforth Are-
na and then at the Hensall Arena on Sept. 14, 21 and 28, from 10
a.m.-11. Petite tryouts are at Seaforth on Sept 14, 21, and 28 from
f0 a.m.=11:30: Cost is $5/tryout and those who make the team pay -
as,they play, $5/practice and $10/game. Those who make the cut
also have to raise over $100 during .the club's various fundraising
activities. Tryouts are open to any girls living in Huron -Perth.
The '95-96 Petites (its -first year) won -silver at the `AA' champion-
, ship tournament . and the Tweens
,placed third and -the Petites won . 'It's an excellent
