Church day camp
Bible story time. The kindergarten class at the Exeter Baptist Church Day Camp partici-
pated in a Bibltr story with .teacher Pam Boricic on Friday morning. Nearly 85 children from
Exeter and area attended -the week-long camp which included games, crafts,- Bible stories
and sons. -

Tolmay was in charge of .the first
church service after holidays which
was Pentecost 11 Sunday at Elim- -
villc Church. Rev. Tolmay told the '
children an interesting story.
The . choir sang :'Surely Good,
-nos' accompanied- by the pianist
Marilyn Vandenbusschc. The min-
istcrlead from the Old -Testament 2
Samuel 1 1 : 26-12:3. and from the
New Testament John 6: 224-35.
Psalm 51 was read responsively.

The title of Rev. Tolmay's ser-
mon was "Part of a Team." -
- Ola Batten and Anne Kernick
- were the greeters as well as receiv-
ing the offering.
Everyone read 'the Commission-
ing and the Benediction and sang

nizing a Time and Talent Auction
on November 21 at the Kirkton-
Woodham Community Centre. Get
your imaginations working or keep
your eyes open during the summer
for items you can donate. Guest

The Finance Committee headed
up a canvass during the month of
July. if your canvasser has not been
to sec you yet, you may give a sep-
arate envelop clearly marked "Can-
vass" with your offering during the
month of August. Remember to in-
clude your name on the envelop.

day noon guests with Bill and Rho-

live from various locations featur-
ing local talent as well as future .
stars like Al Cherny and The Mer-

Last year's play featured wonder-
ful local acts, some of whom will
he contacted about appearing again
in.this year's show. However; new
acts will also be considered. All
ages. male and- female, are invited
