. i rich Fall Fair. Princesses were Kelly Doyle and Kerrie Redhead.

• July 27..1967 - For the first time in 23 years. the Kirkton Garden
Party had to change sites. Duc to heavy rains last Wednesday morn-
ing which appeared' would Iasi throughout the day. organizers of the
popular event decided to take no chances and moved the -party to the.

July 27. 1957 7 Bethesda Cemeters. officially- 100 years old on
Monday received a cleaning up'iucsday afternoon when families in
the Hurondalc district held a bee on the burial ground on Lot 23.
Concession 3 of Ushornetownship.
The cemetery was estahlishetf on -July 22. 1857 in connection with_
_• Bethesda .Bible Christian Church which has since been removed
•from the arca. The kind was purchased for•onc shilling: Chairman of
the trustee hoard was Rev. Jonathan Edwards of Exeter. thc first
minister of the Rihle Christian Church. .
