Seniors join in mystery bus tour
A pleasant day was had by
20 Zurich senior citizens last
Wednesday as they were
among three buses full of
golden agers who went on a
Zurlch
Carmel Sweeney
mystery tour and ended up
in Kitchener at the Doon
Pioneer Village. The trip,
along with lunch was given
courtesy ofthe Exeter Lions
Club as part of Senior
Citizens Week.

82nd birthday
Mr. Lloyd O'Brien,
celebrated his recent 82nd
birthday and father's day
on Sunday with a family
dinner at the Dominion
Tavern.

speedy recovery.

celebrated their 38th wed-
ding anniversary on Friday

week Ken celebrated a birth-
day on Wednsday and
father's day on Sunday.

Harold Horner for almost
two weeks. They were ac-
companied by Robert Willett
also of Calgary who is stay-
ing with relatives and grand-
parents Mr. and Mrs. Percy
Willert.

couple were previously liv-
ing on the Blue Water

returned .to his duties on the
weekend after being away
for two weeks to England.
Nine year old Paul Dickert
son of Ron and Sandra
Dickert had the misfortune
of falling off a swing at the
park last week and as a
result broke his two wrists,
and will have them in a cast
for another three weeks.

Anne Horner, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Horner, of
Zurich, graduated from
Fanshawe College, Victoria
Campus, on June 27. She is a
former student of Zurich
Public School pnd South
Huron District High School.
In August, she will be
employed as a Registered
Nurse at Victoria Hospital,
London.
