All persons who are members in good stan- ding and on the membership roll of the Huron -Middlesex Provincial Liberal Riding Association 72 hours prior to the holding of the nominating convention shall be eligible to vote. The constitution also, allows that any past member of the Association may renew his or her membership at the conven- tion prior to the commencement of the voting.
