ZPS operetta
Everyone is invited to see
the Christmas Operetta at
the Zurich Public School on
Thursday evening December.
18th at 7:30 p.m. (There is
also a showing on Wednes-
day, December 17th at 1:30
in the afternoon). This year
the students from
kindergarten to grade six
will be presenting., "The
Choir Boy That Couldn't
Sing" accompanied by
members of the junior choir.

get-together
The tenants of the Maple
Woods Apartments' had a
'Christmas dinner in the
common room last Wednes-
day with a hot turkey dinner
and all the trimmings which
was catered by Mrs. Howard
Finkbeiner. The entertain-
ment was provided by
Beatrice Rader on the
organ, Meda O'Brien on
piano and Joe Boland on the
violin. Also celebrated were
the December • birthday of
Mrs. Dunn, Leonard DeBus
and Charlie Fowler.
