J Times -Advocate, September 12,1984 Page 13A Grand Theatre plans open house The Grand Theatre will throw open its doors for a (un- filled day of non-stop ac- tivities with The Grand Theatre Open House on Sun- day, September 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Joining forces with the Grand to launch the 84/85 season is CFPL 980, broadcasting from the Theatre's lobby throughout the day. The entire family is invited to take part as the theatre conducts back -stage tours, discussions with actors and directors and "behind they scenes" workshops in the wardrobe and property areas, already buzzing with activity as the fall season approaches. There will be balloons and a make-up corner for kids and, to top it all off, live entertain- ment all day long.
