Tieman accompanied 'Mr.
and Mrs. Harry Hoffman and
four grandchildren, Randy,
Terry, Kelly and Kim Hoff-
man, to Tobermory where
they crossed to Manitoulin on
the M.S. Chi-Chee-maun.
They returned home Thurs-
o. day by way of Sudbury and
Gravenhurst.
Brenda Miller, Zion, was a
w supper guest last Tuesday
with her grandparents, Irvin
and Mary Rader prior to her
leaving to live and work in
Scarborough.
Paul Turnbull of ARC In-
dustries will be the guest
speaker at Calvary United
Church UCW Tuesday,
September 11 at 8 p.m.

had spent the week with her
grandmother, and Mr. and
Mrs. Larry Wein, Anita and
Jason, Exeter.

weekend at Port Dover with
Mr. and Mrs. Siegfried Miller

Reunion
The families of the late
Robert and Bertha Hayter
held their annual Labor Day
Reunion at the home of T.
Harry Hayter. Forty-five
members were' present.
Games and contests were en-
joyed by young and old.
Members came from Wind-
sor, Novi, Michigan, Brant-
ford, Toronto, Mississauga,
Goderich, London, Grand
Bend and Dashwood.
New officers elected for
1985 are: president, T. Harry
Hayter; vice-president,
James C. Hayter; secretary -
treasurer, Mary Anne
Desjardine.
A smorgasbord supper was
enjoyed by all.
Richard and Jeff Hayter
spent the holiday weekend
with their parents Mr; and
Mrs. Bob Hayter and David.
Mr. and Mrs. Gregory
Koessel, Lansing, Michigan
spent Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs. Clayton Pfile.
Joe and Judy Simpson and
Patricia, Mississauga, were
weekend visitors with Mr.
and Mrs. Gerald Mason and
Douce
Mr. and Mrs. Stan Slezak,
Roy and Joanne, Ivan Vesely
and William Gay, London,
were weekend visitors with
Mrs. Jean Walper.

Decoration Day at St.
James Cemetery was held on
Sunday with a Community
Service, conducted by Rev.
Bruce Pocock assisted by
Rev. Keith Brown. Readers
were Allan Cunningham and
Irene Lynn.
The Lynn sisters trio, ac-
companied by Mrs. Wes
Stanley, provided special
music. The cemetery was a
garden of beautiful flowers in
remembrance of loved ones.
The Clandeboye I1.('. W.
Meeting was held Tuesday
night at the church. Irene
Lynn led the worship service.
