Vandenberg will begin her presentation as
close to 1:15 p.m. as possible. Everyone
wishing to obtain space in the Atla, irged
to be in attendance.

PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A PROPOSED OF-
FICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT AFFECTING STEPHEN
TOWNSHIP
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the County of Huron
will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 1984, at 1:30 p.m. at
the Stephen Township Municipal Office in Crediton, to consider a propos-
ed official plan amendment under Section 17 of the Planning Act.
The proposed official plan amendment will provide policies for dealing
with the interpretation of the location of natural environment; will replace
the Natural Environment designation on part lots 19 and 20 Conc. 18 with
an agricultural designation; will adjust the commercial; industrial and in-
stitutional boundaries in the area known as the Huron Park Industrial Park,
and will add a policy allowing for all existing institutional uses in the com-
mercial and industrial designations in the Huron Park Industrial Park. The
purpose of these amendments is to bring the plan into conformity with
the recently circulated zoning by-law.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or ver-
bal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed
official plan amendment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed official plan amend-
ment is available for inspection at the Huron County Planning Department,
Court House, Goderich, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and at the
Stephen Township Municipal Office in Crediton.

In Exeter court Tuesday,
lain K. McMorland of Exeter
was fined $500 by Justice of
the Peace Douglas Wedlake
for permitting a motor vehi-
cle to be operated without in-
surance coverage.
The used vehicle was pur-
chased by the accused and
was lent to another person
when it did not have in-
surance. The registration had
not been changed to the pre-
sent owner and the vehicle
carried two plates. Both were
expired.
Thomas Henry Fowler of
Parkhill was fined $28 for
making a movement not in
safety with a vehicle which
was responsible for an acci-
dent on Highway 23 in
December.
In JP court a week earlier,
Mark Vandergunst, RR 1
Langton was fined 528 on a
traffic charge of following too
closely.
The same day, Raymond J.
Flynn, RR 1 Clinton, was fin-
ed a similar 528 for failing to
yield the right of way.
