This is what has been going on over a period of the last few years in regards to delivery of this paper to the Centralia subscribers. On the average of once a month this paper never reaches our homes on the day it is intend- ed for, which is Wednesday, excluding holidays. We have complained but to no avail. It's always someone else's fault. What would the people of Exeter think if they walked all the way to the post office only to find that the papers had been delivered elsewhere but not t(, Exeter? It is a very frustrating and especially when no one will do anything vout it. -We pay the same amount as everyone else. Why do we have to wait an extra day to have it delivered? It's like paying for a fresh loaf of bread and getting one a day old.
