SIZING DOWN IN STYLE
This compact rancher boasts an efficient layout and a stylish exterior design.
A cottage style roof features gable accents with decorative shingle and brackets. This heritage styling
is further enhanced by a charming covered verandah with columns that boast half height stone facing.
A den, just inside the front entrance would make an ideal home office or hobby room, or perhaps an
extra bedroom for overnighters. An open plan for the living area creates a spacious atmosphere for
entertaining. The cook in the family will enjoy an efficient "U" shaped work area complete with an
open counter and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom, like those in larger homes, features his and hers closets and a three piece
ensuite.
