Total receipts at Brussels
Livestock for the week
ending Oct. 28 were 4837
head of cattle and 379
lambs and goats.
The fed steers and
heifers sold on a steady
market. Cows traded bare-
ly steady. On Thursday the
veal sold at prices $2.00 to
$3.00 higher. The Iambs
sold at steady prices with
the new crop lambs selling
at very strong prices.
There were 463 steers
on offer selling 90.00 to
95.00 with sales to 104.00.
