A Brodhagen man was charged with impaired driving in con- nection with the accident. While that- investigation was underway, another driver hit the marked cruiser. A 29 -year-old Tuckersmith Twp. man was charged with drunk driving. No one was injured, but damage to the cruiser was estimated at $5,000.
