The Volunteer Firemen's breakfast was well attended at the fire hall on Sunday morning, August 15. A number of Granton residents enjoyed the annual beef barbecue sponsored by the Lucan Masonic Lodge and held] at the home of Cecil and Marie Lewis, . CEandeboye, on August 14. The Kerslake families met for their annual reunion at the Granton Park Pavilion on August 15. Clande Clandeboye Women's Institute met at Marion Hodgson's home on Wednesday afternoon, August 11 when the pro- gram topic was `Family and Consumer Affairs'.
