"Cheilosis" is a condition where the
corners of the mouth crack and be-
come sore. It can be due to a deficien-
cy of the B Complex vitamins particu-
larly . Vitamin B2, • riboflavin. ro'
. Sometimes just taking a B Complex supplement for a
month or so will clear up the condition.
The first book written about herbal medicine was "De Ma-
teria Medica" by Dioscorides in ancient Greece. In 1652,
Culpepper's "Complete Herbal and the English Physi-
clan" was first published and came to North America with
the Pilgrims and was the medical treatment bible for over
200 years.
Heat exhaustion occurs when youi, body can't sweat
enough=*,, cool you off. It happens sometimes when you
work or exercise in hot weather. Symptoms include fa-
tigue, weakness, dizziness or nausea. The skin becomes
cool and clammy. This can sometimes lead to heat
stroke when your body stops sweating altogether and
your body temperature continues to rise. This requires
emergency treatment.
To avoid these overheating problems, avoid strenuous
outdoor physical activity on hot days. Drink 8-10 glasses
of water daily even if you aren't thirsty.

1-1/2 STOREY HOME BOASTS EFRCIENT LAYOUT
Low square footage makes* this home suitable for both empty nesters or for those just starting out.
The design is practical as well as stylish, offering proof that good things really do come in small
packages.
There is virtually no wasted space in this plan - no nooks, or niches, and no lengths of hallway that
seem more like a tunnel than an access route to other rooms, closets, and stairwells. An open plan
design for the kitchen and nook, and for the living and dining room create a more spacious
atmosphere for informal and formal gatherings. The kitchen features an effkient °U" shaped work
area with a counter open to the nook. The living and dining area boasts a vaulted ceiling, with
skylights in the living room.
The master bedroom offers his and hers walk-in closets, a three piece ensuite, and private access to
the large covered deck.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are a good size, and share a three piece bath.
An unfinished basement awaits your own creative touch.
Plans for BT -138 may be obtained for $425.00 for a package of five complete sets of working prints
and $35.00 for each additional set of the same plan. Allow $20.00 extra to cover the cost of courier
