Local duo wins golf tourney EXETER -- A pair of Exeter golfers brought home the first prize from the Ontario Junior Juvenile Better Ball tour- nament just outside Lindsay. Matt Dietrich and Cam Murray shot a 1 -under 70 on the second hole of a play- off to win the tournament at the Oliver's Nest golf course on July 22. Murray and Dietrich described the course as tough, saying the wind, long grass and dryness were a challenge. Another local connection at the tour- nament was a hole in one by Mike Dietrich. Dietrich holed the fifth hole, a 180 -yard par 3, with his 4 iron. The shot, which marked Dietrich's first ace, won the South Huron student a dozen golf balls. Dietrich and his partner Brendan Buchanan finished tied for sixth in the tournament, shooting a 72.
