RETAIL LOANS, MORTGAGES AND INVESTMENTS
The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and
selling all consumer lending services and including:
• Administering and controlling a portion of the loan and
mortgage portfolio
• Interviewing borrowing members and assessing financial
statements to determine credit requirements of members
• Cross selling all Credit Union products and fostering
business development through service excellence and
product knowledge
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills in retail
lending (mortgage and personal loans) and investments.
The candidate is required to have a mutual fund license.
Previous experience in loans and mortgages is essential
along with rural market place knowledge. Strong computer
skills are required including Microsoft Office.
Past Commercial and agricultural lending experience will
be considered,an asset as well as completion of formal
Financial Planning Counseling courses.
The selected candidate will be committed to life long
teaming with the Credit Union and have the ability to work
in a participatory team -centered environment.
