SEAFORTH' — A group
of community -minded
lawyers, accountants and
bookkeepers have joined
forces to support new a
existing businesses in
Huron County.
Working through the
Huron County Small
Business Resource Centre
in Seaforth, they are
offering free one hour
consultations to entrepre-
neurs and existing busi-
nesses in the county. The
centre has modelled their
program on a successful
one run out of
the City of
Brantford's
Self Help
Office.
Dwayne
Evans, the
centre's
Acting
Business
coordinator,
has invited
members of legal and
accounting firms to
explore the feasibility of a
partnership
between local
professional
firms and the
Huron County
Small Business
Centre.
Evans said
while firms
are used to
giving clients
informal initial
consultations for free,
"Consultations are
especially vital
during the planning
stages of any
