LORD - As my term as
president of the Stephen
Central School Council draws
to a close, I would like to take
the time to thank some special
people in the community. The
following individuals did not
have a personal attachment to
our school but worked hard for
our council. To Dianne
Finkbeiner - your energy, hard
work and input was always
appreciated; Linda Steinacker -
your community -minded
opinions were a breath of fresh
air, Karen Kinsman - your time
volunteered at the beginning of
the year and whenever needed
helped reassure a lot of
parents; Brian MacGregor and
Marg Gilbert - your donations
were appreciated by children
and adults alike. To the
retiring executive, Deb Hodge,
'Kate Steeper, Heather Riddell
and Sharon Johnson - your
hard work and dedication will
certainly be missed by the
1999/2000 executive. To the
new and veteran executive
members, just by knowing you,
I can tell you, will be heading
in a positives and forward
direction for the betterment of
the children. Thanks also goes
to all the parents who
volunteered their help and
expertise at special events.
Having a great list of
volunteers like yourselves -
helped our Council be.

FINKBEINER - In loving
memory of a dear son and
brother Glenn Ross who passed
away 30 years ago, June 24,
1969.
Time may hide the sadness,
Like a smile that hides the
Wan,
But precious memories never
fade,
Despite the passing years.
Ever remembered by Mom and
family. (25*)
GLAVIN - In loving memory
of a dear daughter-in-law,
sister-in-law and aunt Judy,
who passed away June 29,
1997.
Another year has come and
gone,
And though our lives continue
on,
In our hearts we hold you dear,
Memories keep you ever n oar.
Always remembered by Leona
and family. (25*)
GLAVIN - In loving memory
of a beloved daughter and
sister, Judy (Smith) Glavin,
whe* passed away June 29,
1997.
Gone are the times we used to
share,
Yet in our hearts you're always
there,
Life goes on, we know it's
true,
But it's not the same since
losing you.
Someday we hope to meet
again,
Someday we know not when,
To clasp your hand in a better
land,
Ne verto part again.
Sadly milised. and lovingly
rerneraltsied by Mom, Roy,
Joan,,Randy and their families.
(Z5*)
GLAVIN - In lOvin€g memory
of Judy, a dear: wife, mother
and grandmother who passed
away June 29, 1997.
Our lives go on without you,
But nothing is the same.
We have to hide our heartache,
When someone speaks your
name:
Sad are the' earts that loved
you,
Silent the tears that fall.
Living our lives without you,
Is the hardest part of all.
Those special years will not
return,
When we were all together.
But with the love within our
hearts,
You will walk with us together.
Deeply loved and sadly missed
by Tom, Laurie, Shannon and
Jacob, Andy, Jeff and Amanda.
(25*)
PARSONS - In loving memory
of a dear husband, father and
grandfather, Frayne, who
p away 1 year ago today,
June 17, 1998.
God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you,
And whispered, come to me.
A giving heart stopped beating,
Your working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove
to us,
He only takes the best.
In tears we saw you sinking,
We watched you fade away,
Our hearts were almost broken,
You fought so hardto stay,
But when we saw you sleeping,
Peaceful, and free from pain
We could not wish you back,
To suffer that again.
So keep your arms around him
Lord,
And give him special care,
Make up for all he suffered,
It seemed so unfair.
Love Alice, Murray& Barb,
Marg 8t Jack and
grandchildren. (2S*)
