The first nice Saturday we have had this season apparently brought out the best in all of the racers. In the Allsport Jr. Micro Spring 'A' division the #3 of Jeremy Oke and the #92 of Jason Thompson won their heat races. Once again you , could have put a blanket over the top finishers in their feature. After a hard fought battle it was the #72 of Shawn Thompson cap- turing the checkered flag. In the Allsport Jr. Micro Spring 'B' division the #21 of Elysia Roy won her first ever checkered flag and the #61 of Scott Kipfer won his second heat race in as many attempts. The feature was exciting as always, with traffic all over the track and at least five dif- ferent battles taking place during the race. It was the #28 of Rob Shipway cruis- ing into victory lane. Rob spun his car out late in the race and still managed to pass the field to his first ever feature win. In the Aqua Fina Mini Spring division it was the #88 of Paul Shipway and the *33 of Kyle Patrick tak- ing heat race wins. In a hard fought battle that saw the point's leader #43 Stephen Rees exiting the race early, this left the door wide open for the point's lead to change hands. The end result was Paul Shipway winning the checkered flag for the sec- ond straight week. In the Pepsi Micro Sprint division the #3 of Dave Hayes won his first ever - checkered flag and the #45 of Curtis Gartley picked up another heat race win. Once again the #54 of Darrel Limon took home the checkered flag for the second straight week. In the Mug Rootbeer Mini Super Truck division it was *3 of Shaun Jennison cap- turing all three checkered flags. Although it was not an easy task as the other drivers put the pressure on Jennison all night, he still managed to hold them off and maintain the points lead.
