Stroke is the principal cause of adult
disability. When a stroke occurs, fast
action is extremely important, so it is
helpful to be familiar with the warning signs of
stroke:- sudden weakness, dimness-: or loss of
vision, numbness or tingling of face, Will or leg,
temporary loss of speech, sudden, severe
headaches and unexplained dizziness.
Women who have trouble conceiving a child should
try reducing their alcohol consumption. Studies in
Denmark found a direct correlation between the
amount of alcohol consumed and the chances of
conception.
PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) causes severe and
debilitating symptoms in 5-10% of women. About
30-40% of women report moderate symptoms.
Some non-presdription treatment of this very real
problem includes .Vitamin B6 (100mg/day increas-
ing to 200 mg daily if needed), and Oil of Evening-&
'primrose has been used with mixed results.
