MacLean sips from Memorial Cup
OTTAWA — Exeter's
Jeff MacLean capped his
OHL career with the holy
grail of junior hockey, the
Memorial Cup.
MacLean, a defenceman
with the OHL Ottawa 67s,
sipped from the Memorial
Cup Sunday after Ottawa
edged the Calgary Hitmen
7-6 in overtime.
"It's just starting to sink
in," MacLean said from
Ottawa when the T -A
reached him Monday
afternoon. 1 woke up this
morning and realized I'm
a Memorial Cup champi-

Memorial Cup, MacLean
said the next biggest
