Program gives recognition to community volunteers

HENSALL - The Hensall
Parks Board is peeking the
assistance of Hensall and
area community groups,

dents in general. It is time
to consider the contribu-
tions of the valuable vol-
unteers in the community.
The "Annual Volunteer
Recognition Awards' is a
program the Hensall
Parks Board initiated
three years ago, in an
attempt to raise the pro-
file of volunteerism within
the community of Hensall.
The Board realized an
opportunity to commend
specific individuals, while
at the same time increase
awareness of all volun-
teers in general, and the
vital role these play in our
community as a whole.
