Keeping our rural
communities strong
Many, of your farming neighbours are in financial crisis.
Hail, drought and crashes in world market commodity
prices have hit the farming community hard.
This setback for Ontario farmers affects everyone.
Farm families shop in your grocery stores; buy fuel for
machinery at your gas stations; have their trucks repaired
at your garage; get medicine at your drugstore.
Farmers with severely reduced incomes need immediate
financial assistance.
The Ontario government is meeting this need th ugh the
Ontario Whole Farm Relief Program. More tha, 40,000
registered Ontario farmers have received inforr 5 tion
and applications for the program. This will provide interim
financial relief to eligible farmers until a national whole
farm income disaster relief program is established.

Relief Program call 1 -877 838-5144 or visit our
