Beta Sigma Phi organizing deliveries on Daffodil Day
EXETER - Nineteen
members were present
for the March 2 meeting
of Alpha Tau Chapter of
Beta Sigma Phi at the
home of Elsie Hermann.
President Maud Connon
called the meeting to
order. Donna Webster
read a letter from
Families for Children
which included pictures
of the special needs child
sponsored in India.
Pat Patterson reported
on the plans for Daffodil,
Day on March 26.
Verla Russell
announced the Goderich
Chapter wfti host
Founder's Day on April
27.
The group decided to
attend a cooking demon-
stration on April 15 in
London.
Rosemary Schaefer told
about a quilt display
Lunch room swing
which will be on view
throughout the summer
at the Stratford Museum.
Jay SkMender presented
a program on the colour
green, tracing its history
'down through the ages.
Groups were formed to
make collages portraying
a central theme for the
sorority chapter such as
Students at St. Boniface School in Zurich perform Lunch Room Swing from the musical Readin',`Ritin' and
Rockin' on Friday night. More than 60 students performed under the guidance of Clasina De Bont, Dianne
Miller, Harriet VanderBurgt and Teresa Van Raay.
