As expected, my co-workers rose to the occasion as a team of caring experts during the Golden Hour. It gives us great relief to know Lawrence was cared for by the best, from the time the ambulance was called until his arrival at LHSC. We were comforted by friends and relatives at our side or praying quietly at home. We cannot begin to mention everyone, but we/you know who you are. Your final tribute, in the form of food, flowers, donations, letters and the sharing of memories demonstrated the mark Lawrence made in the community in such a short time. Thanks to Hopper Hockey Funeral Home; Father Paul and CWL for their participation in the final good byes. Your greatest gift, the precious memories we share with you will keep Lawrence alive in our hearts forever. I would like to thank the Hoffman's Ambulance attendants for their care at the scene and on my visit to Stratford Hospital. Thanks to all who helped at the accident scene. Also, many thanks to the E.R., x-ray staff and Dr. Meyers; things were a little crazy, but you did a great job. Special thanks to the nursing staff at S.H. They fit us into their already hectic schedule without a moments hesitation.
