on March 5 at 2 p.m.

Quilters are welcome at
the home of Martha

and 17 beginning at 9 a.m.
to work on the C.W.L.
bean festival quilt.

Foodland, Zurich to help
the Skating Club.
Grade 7 and 8 students
of St. Boniface School will
be holding a youth group
meeting on February 18
from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There
will be a video and a spe-
cial speaker.
On February 19 grades 5
and 6 classes will be hav-
ing a youth group lock -in
in the •pchool gym from 7
to 10 p.m.

Scouting movement will be
celebrating Lord Baden
Powel's birthday, the
founder of the Scouting
movement.
The Lions Club held a
meeting and supper at the
Dominion Tavern on
February 10 with Lion
chief John Becker of
Dashwood conducting the
business.
The group decided to
donate $250 to the Zurich
Agricultural Society and to
pay for an ad in the skat-
ing club's carnival pro-
gram on March 28.
Lion Wayne McKinnon
will represent the club at
Big Brothers and Big
Sisters Bowl for Millions at
Town and Country Lanes
on March 7 from 1 to 4:30
p.m.
Their next regular meet-
ing will be held on March
10 at 7 p.m. It is also a
'prospective member
night'. Everyone is wel-
come.
The next Golden Agers
progressive euchrk and
card party will be held at
the township hall on
February 22 at 7:30 p.m.
The cost will be $3, which
includes lunch.
On February 23 the K. of
C. of St. Boniface Parish
will host a card party in
the hall at 8 p.m. follow
the 7:30 p.m. mass. TM'
cost is $2 at the door.
