Paul is the first grandson for Jean & Ken Allen of Cape Breton island and Mrs. Albertine Musson of Windsor, and the 12th great-grandchild of Marion Cochrane, Lucan, Ontario. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, loving son of Jenny Devlin (Exeter) and the late John Devlin. Beloved husband of Darlene and dear father of Scott and Darryl (Toronto). Step -father of Karen and Ron of Toronto and four very special grandchildren. Predeceased by her son-in-law Bernard Flanagan and daughter-in-law Joanne (Arnold) Hartman. Also loved and missed by her many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their families, her sisters Rosa Jolly of Wyandotte, Mich., Ruth Zettel of St. Thomas and Theresa Colandro of Royal Oak, Mich.
