LUCAN — The Lucan Jr.
D Irish can stop those
superstitious antics now
that their winning streak
has been stopped at 12
games.
In a showdown of first
place teams, the Belmont
Bombers (first in the
Thomas Division) broke
Lucan's run with a 3-1
win at Belmont Sunday.
.The first two periods
ended in a scoreless tie.
Belmont then scored
three unanswered goals
within 1:49 starting at
16:50 of the third.
