Marilyn Carter was in charge of the Mission and Service Sunday ser- vice at Elimville on Sunday morning. The Introit was sung and Rev. Carter gave greetings, announce- ments and led in the Call to Worship and Prayer of Approach. The Christ Candle was lit. Janis Richardson told the youth an inter- esting story about Mission and Service, and about the church envelope. The choir sang "Give of Your Best to the. Master" accompanied by the pianist Marilyn. Vandenbussche. The scripture was read- by Doris Elford. A dialogue on "Mission and Service" with Grace Pym, Rev. Carter, Janis Richardson and Barry Miller: taking part. -A dis- zcussiontieriod followed. Karen Etherington and .hey' -daughter Robyn "received the offering as ;we'll as being the greeters. Carter or Karen Etherington. Personals Millie Fulton returned home last -Tuesday from St. Marys Memorial Hospital. Queensway takes part inMzheirnerWalk HENSALL - The Alzheimer Walk for Memories was held at the Exeter High School Sat., Jan. 23 sponsored by the Huron County Alzheimer Society. Queensway took part in the Walk and participants, Marg Cole, Carol Gascho, Lucy Greb, Pearl Eyre, and Ed Galloway were pleased to raise some funds for the Society. Rev. Boyachuk of the Exeter Baptist Church led W orship Service Tuesday with Belva Fuss as volunteer organist and Marg Cole assisting residents. Residents enjoyed refreshments and a visit with Rev. Boyachuck following the service. Queensway volunteer, Kay Wise, resident, Mildred Gingerich and staff, Carol Gascho enter- tained at the Zurich Dining for Seniors with a variety of read- ings, music and jokes, Wednesday. The new Aromatherapy supplies were put to good use on Thursday as residents and staff alike tested their ability to identify a variety of scents ranging from chocolate to grass to licorice. Over 24 scents are included in the kit and several brought back some interesting memories. Fun and Fitness started the day on Friday as usual and in the afternoon residents viewed the video "Great comics of the 30,40s and 50s". Alt attending had a great time watching Jackie Gleason, Lucille Ball, Red Skeleton and many more.
