First meeting jan. 5
Lucan l3iddulph will hold
its first council meeting on
Jan. 5. The meeting is
being called a "special"
one and was called to pass
bylaws required for the
new municipality.
Regular meetings will be
held on the • fourth
Tuesday of every month at
7:3(1 p.m. in the former
lhidduiph council cham-
bers.
The two inunicipalities
traditionally both :met on '
the first and third

Tuesdays of the month.
The one meeting a
month schedule was
deemed the best way to
handle business during
the,two years the joint
council of 10 members
sits.
The Bidduiph office will
become the home of the
new municipality and its
administrative staff. The
village municipal building .
