South Huron District High School junior boys basket-
ball player Brad Cox, left, executes the lay-up despite
the best efforts of a Wingham F.E. Madill defender
during last week's game at SHDHS.The Panthers lost
54-28.The Panther seniors fared slightly better falling
to Madill 65-46. Coach Terry O'Rourke said his squad
played well but gave up too many offensive rebounds.
Darryl Romphf and Derek Etherington both played
strong games scoring 22 points and 13 points respec-
tively. Paul Gregus also played well scoring six points.
The Panthers take a break over Christmas and next
travel to Seaforth (midgets and juniors only) Jan.6.All
levels host Clinton Central Huron Jan. I I.
