'99 Lucan policing cost still up in air

Last year the OPP pro-

Biddulph Township
($256.07 per household).

• Exeter OPP officers and the London OPP drug unit executed a search war-
rant on .Sept. 1 at about 6:30 p.m. at a. property the Knees awn next to their
)twine. The officers. found several pot plants and noticed more growing on the
other side of the fence on the Knee yard. In all. the OPP confiscated 19 pot
plants ranging 3'-6' tall.
Knee told the OPP the pot he was growing was for personal use. The OPP
said the put.has a street value of about 57,000
Two _drug .pussession charges against Knee and ,two possession .charges
against his wife Nicole were withdrawn by ttte Grown. , , ,
