Chiefs battle for 5-5 tie OHSWEKEN — The Exeter Juvenile Chiefs fought to a 5-5 lie at Ohsweken Saturday. 'I'he Chief's held a 5-4 • lead after two periods - but couldn't hold on for the win. Craig Hendrick got Exeter's first goal to tie the game at one mid- way through the first. Six Nations regained the lead seconds later and Mike Wilhelm responded for the Chiefs from Chris Reaburn and Dan Finkbeiner. Reaburn gave the Chiefs their first lead with 4:00 left in the period from Paul Knight and Finkbeiner. The teams then exchanged goals with Ohsweken tying it for good at 13:16 of the third. The other Exeter goals were scored by Knight (from Byron Ellerington) and Wilhelm (Kevin Hogan and Ryan Groot. Si WEN teacher Dave Wright has revived the school's wrestling pro- gram afterdoing the same at•Wingham Madill two years ago. Several inexperienced but keen Panther wrestlers faced veteran Madill wrestlers at the inter -school tournament on Thursday at SHDIIS.
