Diane Kaak has made arrangements with Allen's Cafe in Dashwood to hold the December Christmas dinner/meeting on December 11 at 6:30 p.m• All ladies of the parish are invited to attend and encouraged to bring a guest. A social time will follow. Diane Kaak thanked Mary Glavin, Betty Cronyn and Theresa Larkin for helping her with the senior card social and lunch held at the parish hall. The bazaar will be held November 14. Councillors were reminded to bring their donations to the Dashwood Community Centre by 9 a.m., November 14 or to the parish meeting room on Friday, November 13.
