MENSAL'. - The fall meeting of Huron. South District
Women's Institute was held on November 3 at Hensall
United church.
Twenty-two women were welcomed by President
Lois McFalls and read a poem "Give a Smile".
Donna WIllows our past provincial board member
gave her report and ,introduced Donna 'MacPherson
from lsmbro as .our representative on the Provincial
Advisory Council (PAC) from subdivision 19. Willows
has been appointed as a Provincial Director for the
Southern Region. Bridget 'Groot presented Willows
with a gift in .appreciation for her time spent with the
• District. Marilyn Pym from the Hurondale Branch has
been appointed to the Children's; 'Hospital Committee
for the London area.- •
Marian Dougall reported on the Fall Rally held at
Walton and Lois McFalls and Marilyn Pym reported on
the Area _Convention held at the Kirkton-Woodham
Community Centre.
