EXETER — A parent's worst nightmare came true
around supper time Sunday._ -

Aimee Payne . 10, and her brother Scott, 12. were hit
by a motorist on llwY. 4 about a kilometre south of
Exeter while they were bicycling home from Crediton
after a birthdtiy party. •
