due to, smoking into perspective. They say i
smoking Ills more Americans each year than deed in World War

to smolong-refuted causes. .
Orthostatic 'hypotension is the dizzy feeling some people get
when Suddenly changrcg position (Mike from lying down to stand-
ing). it's caused by a lowering of blood piessure. To avoid this,
- sit a minute or two before standing. Also, by raising your arms
• above your head to increase blood flow to the brain. .
Qlabetics who have trouble getting blood out of their finger to test
their blood glucose level should try washing their hands in warm
water. Blood. vessels wit dilate allowing a better blood sample.
Dry the hands well before testing.
