Helen Johns was on hand -at the Exeter library on Sept. 11 to donate a cheque for $137,466 to the Huron County'Libraty Board from the Ministry of Cit- izenship, Culture -and Recreation. The church was decorated with building tools and materials to accompany the theme. of building a cornrfunity of love and faith.
