:GRAND BEND.- if you visit the Playhouse 11 from now until August
15 (e-xcepting'Sundays and Monday),, you "rill be m forza pleasant
experience. -
The remaining "Little Sisters .of Hoboken".will entertain you with
wit. interactive jokes and definitely- their dynamic
singing talent in the play "Nonsense".
• Nonsense is a song -and -dance fundraiser put on
by the Little Sisters `of Hoboken to raise money to
bury 52 sisters who were accidently poisoned by the
convent cook Sister Julia (Child of God),- ' -
•With music from a dancing nun. a nun with amne-
sia, the second in command .nun who -would love to
be in. charge, a street -wise, .mischievious nun and
the leader who tries to. keep control, the shqw. entertains young and old
alike. -. . . , -
-Che theatrical show was written by Dan Goggin who thought -of the
'play after -being the recipient of a practical joke. One of Gog`in's
friends sent him a Nun's. Habit. Goggin put the -gag gift on a mannequin
and took photos iif it in various settings_ for greeting cards that became
great sellers. The -mannequin "was soon replaced liy a live actor. who
played -Sister Mary'Cardelia, the sole figure of at small show that -
Goggin later enlarged-into'a complete musical:

rolling in your seal...•and like the Sisters sing "it's a hard habit to
